This is a Freenhand Rangoli Design. Typically also similar to Sanskar Bharati Rangoli Designs. Here a different treatment is given to the circles outside. Filled with two different colors.
In the center you can draw any design, Shree श्री, Om ॐ, Swastik, etc.
This rangoli can be done very quickly, doesn't take much time.
For Diwali just draw a diya in the center.
